Construção da arquitetura de dados da Amarante com uma adaptação entre arquitetura Medallion e Data Mesh no Databricks, entregando o fluxo completo de ingestão full e incremental de SAP Business One e Oracle, com a nova versão do Maraca Framework de governança de dados e capacitação total do time interno.
Desafio
A Amarante precisava estruturar uma arquitetura de dados moderna e escalável para centralizar o processamento de múltiplas fontes (Oracle e SAP Business One via API) em um único ambiente de nuvem, mas não tinha internamente o conhecimento técnico para implementar esse tipo de arquitetura no Azure Databricks.
Solução
A Maraca Hub desenhou uma arquitetura sob medida para a Amarante, combinando arquitetura Medallion com princípios de Data Mesh por domínio de negócio, tudo centralizado no Databricks. Entregamos o fluxo completo do SAP Business One, da ingestão automatizada full e incremental até dados limpos e prontos para análise, além da integração do Oracle com o mesmo padrão de qualidade, com versionamento e CI/CD no Azure DevOps garantindo segurança para evoluir sem riscos.
Aplicamos ainda a nova versão do Maraca Framework, já com governança de dados e camadas para IA, deixando a Amarante pronta para usar Claude, Databricks Genie Agents ou outras LLMs quando fizer sentido para o negócio. Zero to Lakehouse: modern data architecture and a trained team
Built Amarante's data architecture with a Maraca Hub adaptation between Medallion architecture and Data Mesh on Databricks, delivering the full and incremental ingestion flow for SAP Business One and Oracle, with the new version of the Maraca Framework for data governance and full internal team enablement.
Challenge
Amarante needed to structure a modern, scalable data architecture to centralize processing from multiple sources (Oracle and SAP Business One via API) in a single cloud environment, but lacked the in-house technical knowledge to implement this type of architecture on Azure Databricks.
Solution
Maraca Hub designed a tailor-made architecture for Amarante, combining Medallion architecture with Data Mesh principles by business domain, all centralized on Databricks. We delivered the complete SAP Business One flow, from automated full and incremental ingestion to clean, analysis-ready data, plus Oracle integration with the same quality standard, with versioning and CI/CD on Azure DevOps ensuring safe evolution.
We also applied the new version of the Maraca Framework, already built with data governance and AI-ready layers, leaving Amarante prepared to use Claude, Databricks Genie Agents or other LLMs whenever it makes sense for the business. And beyond the technology, we trained the internal team at every step of the project, ensuring full autonomy to keep evolving the environment.
